Note: Chat & Phone role is intended to be primarily Chat with phone support when issues can’t be resolved via chat.

Chat & Phone Customer Service RepresentativeThis is a temporary role, approximately 90 days, in which you will support the customers of a grocery delivery retailer by answering questions about orders, products, and services through phone and chat.Overview:

  • $12 per hour
  • Temporary (Approximately 90 days)
  • Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
  • Operational Hours: 24/7 (Hiring for a variety of schedules)
  • Support customers via phone and/or chat
  • 100% Work From Home, including training

Location Requirements:Must live and work in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, ID, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, NE, ND, NH, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WIHome Office Requirements:

  • Quiet, private, and secure home office where you can work distraction free during your scheduled shifts.
  • Compatible WINDOWS desktop or laptop computer with webcam
  • Noise cancelling USB headset
  • DSL, Fiber, or Cable Internet connection that is hardwired and meets these minimum speed requirements: Download-5 mbps, Upload-1 mbps

Remote Technical Support Advisor (Work From Home)
In this permanent employee role you will be the friendly voice of our Telecommunications client to support their customers with questions about their smartphones, tablets, and computers. You’ll take inbound phone calls, actively listen to the customer, and use your technical expertise to research and find solutions.Overview:

  • $11 per hour during training / nesting
  • $13.46 per hour upon successful completion of training and nesting
  • $475 Hiring bonus opportunity (after 90 days)*
  • Permanent Employee Position (not an independent contractor)
  • Benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
  • Operational Hours: 7am – 11pm Central (Hiring for a variety of schedules)
  • Support customers via inbound phone calls
  • 100% Work From Home, including training
  • *To be eligible for the bonus, you must have worked 470 hours by your 90th day of employment. You must be actively employed on the date the bonus is paid and not on a final written warning. The bonus will be paid on the next regular pay period following the 90th day of employment.
